Edenbridge Cricket Club Sunday Academy v Lingfield on Sun 05 Jul 2009 at 2.00
Edenbridge Cricket Club Won by 56 runs

Match report Edenbridge were pit into bat and once again there was a fine batting performance from the top order batsmen, underpinned by Domin Jordan hitting another 50. Dom played his usula patient innings, accumulating runs, and then accelerated well towards the end of his innings. Useful contributions came from Tom Woodman and Matt Cabassi, but the main partnership of Jordan and Johns broke the back of the LIngfield attack. Kristian played another outstanding innings scoring 68 in an aggressive display. Kristian has certainly been the batting find of the season. We declared at 203-3,
Lingfiedl put up good early opposition and looked in good shape to take the battle to Edenbridge. However, a good dtart frpo, Tyson and steady bowling from Jordan and Joyce saw wickets falling steadily, A good tight spell from Woomdna (Tim) frustrated the Lingfield batsement allowing Cook and Mason - yes I said Mason - to capitalise and bring the match home for the 'Bridge.
