Edenbridge Cricket Club redundant v Crowborough on Thu 21 May 2009 at 6.00
Edenbridge Cricket Club Won by 33 runs

Match report Two league wins out of 2, so well done all.

Batting first, we got off to a typically rapid start with Stephen getting 30 off 10 balls, with steady middle order runs added by Jack and Hamish. Dan and Freddie then pushed things along by taking well run singles, which all add up, to 112 for 4 wickets off our 20 overs.

A nice tea awaited, so thanks to the relevant mums for that....

Crowborough started well too, with their opener retiring on 25 runs, another got 22 but there the batting stopped really, and some accurate bowling from Ryan, James and Stephen and four wickets (including a hat-trick) from Freddie turned the match around in our favour as their total faltered.
