Felbridge CC v Edenbridge Cricket Club Under 13 on Sun 05 May 2013 at 10am
Edenbridge Cricket Club Lost by 8 runs

Match report A pre season T20 friendly away at Felbridge CC. FCC won the toss and decided to bat. Everyone bolwed at least an over and despite a few too many extras there was some good bowling against a good batting side. The fielding and team spirit was fantastic. James 0/5 of 2o, Dan 0/9 of 2o, Rupert 1/9 of 3o supported the main boeling attack Seb & Scott both 0/2 of 3o. Joe, Elliot & Jack fielded well, Ollie J took a ball in the head - showing great committment as VC!. Good field placement by Elliot in his first captaincy. The opposition 91 for 2 of 200. Using the opprotunity to give the batting order a shake up. James (5) & Scott(0) opened, Jack(15) and Ollie(9) came in to keep the rr moving. Overs started to slip by - in the face of some strong bowling, Seb managed a useful (10) and Dan(4) leaving Rupert(21no) supported by Elliot(0) & Joe(no) to fall just short in the final over. We lost by 8 runs! But it was a match full of promise and enthusiasm. Man of the Match - Dan Bishun.
