Edenbridge Cricket Club Saturday 1st XI v Ashdown Forest on Sat 15 May 2010 at 2.00
Edenbridge Cricket Club Lost by 9 wickets

Match report A question; How do you go from your best ever result as Ednebridge Captain?
Answer; By getting royally thrashed the week after

Let's face it chaps we were well beaten by a very strong Ashdown Forest team, with some very useful new additions. It was very easy to see how they walked the 2nd division last year and I think they will be very strong challengers for the league this year as well.

One shining light was another good 50 from Hilly, really revelling in his opportunity to open the innings, he has made a very strong start to the season with the bat.

Not much more to say really, let's just look forward to next week and make amends (By writing this, people may believe I wrote the report before the game against Staplefield).

Tea: 9/10 - Gran did another solid tea, however Tim Cox again says we have to leave room for improvement
